Stokeswood...

So these guys are friends of friends and they are an Atlanta based band called Stokeswood. I had just finished up a 14 day work week and really wanted to put these profoto 7b's I had to work. I also wanted to use this fogger with some gels, so I did a last minute shoot with the band right before they played at Smithes Olde bar. I'm not even sure they knew it was going to happen until about 8:30 the night of the show. I originally wanted to shoot in the backstage area but when I scouted it that day it was waaaay smaller than I thought and there were about 30 people hanging out. So we went out back of the venue in the ally. Shot for about 30 min, just a fun quickie. Thanks to Scott Cormack for helping me out. This is what we got.

Time to blog

So I guess I will finally start a blog. I always put stuff on Facebook but the images look terrible. Not everything I shoot goes on the website, which despritely needs an update. But I love to show what I'm up too and this way if you care to look at my work, you can read a little back story to the shoots. Time to get intimate with me friends. Thanks for the support.
